They're perfect for the hands-off parent who wants an effortless setup for their little ones, as well as the party-planning parent who wants a beautiful centrepiece or a playful addition to a themed event!

You get it! Whether it's the star of the show or an extra touch of fun, our rentals offer a flexible, stress-free solution for any celebration, big or small!
What's the cost?!
We've designed our system to be as simple as possible, to help make life (and parties) easier for you!
All our playset rentals are $290. To secure your booking, we take a $90 deposit and the remainder is paid no later than when we arrive to set up.
Choose Your Package:
Pick the soft play package you’d like to rent!
Secure Your Date & Time:
Once availability has been confirmed and you’ve selected the perfect play set, a deposit is due within 24 to secure your rental. Once paid you will also receive a short email questionnaire (so we have all the details for your booking, location, time etc) and our standard rental agreement contract to e-sign.
Delivery & Setup:
The day of your rental, we will arrive about 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to set up! Final payment for your rental is due no later than our arrival to set up. This can be paid by cash, e-transfer. Once everything is set up, you are free to rearrange any pieces, build and play! The sky is the limit! (as long as everything stays on the provided mats!)
Pick up:
All we ask at the end of your play time is that the balls are all in the ball pit, easy peasy! With no food, drinks or shoes on the play set, we’ve kept things simple haha. We’ll handle the puzzle packing up and be out of your space in around 20-30 minutes!
Costs:
Play set rentals are $290 and all rentals are for 'the day'. We book around you and your party and always do our best to maximize your time with the play set (home parties are great for this as we can drop off early and pick up late, meaning you get LOTS of extra play time!)
Delivery within Grande Prairie, set up and sanitization are always included and no worries, we can still deliver outside of Grande Prairie.
Additional costs:
$25 for outdoor set ups + tarp fee
Travel fees for locations outside of Grande Prairie city limits (based on total round-trip driving distance):
Up to 35 km: $40
36–65 km: $60
66 km+: Please contact us for a custom quote
How much space and set up time do you need?
A minimum area of 10x10 is recommended for our full size play sets. All set up spaces provided to us need to be: clean, flat and a dry surfaces. (indoor or outdoor!)
We need approximately 30 minutes each for set up and take down (and no worries, this is never part of your play time rental of course!)
What if I need to reschedule my rental?
Hey.. life and things happen! More details will be covered within your client contact after booking regarding cancellations (sickness, weather etc!). Deposits are non refundable, however they may be transferred to a new (available) date one (1) time at no charge.
Weddings, Weekends or Longer Rentals?
Are you planning a special event, like a wedding or a multi-day celebration, and want to enjoy a play set for a longer period? We’d love to help!
We can absolutely accommodate longer rental periods to suit your needs no problem. Plus, a soft play set could be the perfect addition to keep little guests entertained throughout a longer event.. creating a fun and safe space for them to enjoy while the grown-ups get to celebrate (but hey, eyes on littles at all times, don't forget!).

The who & why behind...
P e n n y L a n e P l a y
Hey, I'm Jennifer! (That’s my little Penelope, in my arms) and I'd love to tell you the short story of how Penny Lane Play came to be. As a full-time photographer, early childhood educator and mom, I've always had a passion for working with children and doing my best to create memorable and meaningful moments through unforgettable (and fun) experiences in doing so.. When I became a mom to my beautiful daughter in 2023 and started dreaming up her 1st birthday.. I quickly realized how hard it was to find a fun, stylish and safe space for her to celebrate. It was dead end after dead end... and that’s when the idea behind Penny Lane Play was born. From my very own Lucky Penny.
The simple idea behind PLP is this; From birthdays to events, we're here to make that day easier for you. As a busy mom myself (who loves to plan parties!) I know there is a lot that goes into the behind the scenes. Penny Lane Play was created to take one (big) thing off your plate... "What will the kids do?!".. they'll play! Non-stop, from the second they see it until it's time to leave. In and on a safe play space just for them. And we hope to hear the same feedback we get after each party and almost the first line we're greated with at pick up each time; "They had so much fun!", from you as well!
With over 18 years of experience working with children and over a decade as a trusted newborn and family photographer with Jennifer Leigh Photography, Penny Lane Play has been built on a foundation of fun, safety and attention to detail. Our rental packages have been designed to be simple and straight forward, as well as stylish and endlessly engaging. At the end of the day it is about providing a beautiful, clean and inviting space for your little ones to explore, play, and let their imaginations run wild… for hours and hours and hours.
