Choose Your Package:
Pick pre built the soft play package you’d like to rent or get in touch to customize and 'build your own' package!

Secure Your Date & Time:
Once availability has been confirmed and you’ve selected the perfect play set, a deposit of $100 is due within 24 to secure your rental. Once paid you will also receive a short email questionnaire so we all the details for your booking and our standard rental agreement contract via email to e-sign. The day of your rental, we will arrive about 45-60 minutes before your scheduled play time to set up!

Delivery & Setup:
Final payment for your rental is due no later than our arrival to set up. This can be paid by cash, e-transfer or by credit card via a paypal invoice from us. Once everything is set up, you are free to rearrange any pieces, the sky is the limit! (as long as everything stays on the provided mats!)

Pick up:
All we ask at the end of your play time is that the balls are all in the ball pit, easy peasy! With no food, drinks, or shoes on the play set, we’ve kept things simple. We’ll handle the rest and be out of your space in around 30 minutes!

A minimum area of of 8x8 is required for our mini and 10x10 for our full size play sets. All set up spaces provided to us need to be clean, flat and a dry surfaces. (indoor or outdoor!)

We need approximately 30-45 minutes each for set up and take down, and no worries, this is not part of your play time rental of course!

Are you planning a special event, like a wedding or a multi-day celebration, and want to enjoy a play set for a longer period? We’d love to help!

We can absolutely accommodate longer rental periods to suit your needs no problem. Plus, a soft play set could be the perfect addition to keep little guests entertained throughout a longer event.. creating a fun and safe space for them to enjoy while the grown-ups get to celebrate (but hey, eyes on littles at all times, don't forget!).

Hey - things happen! More details will be covered within your client contact after booking regarding cancellations (sickness, weather etc!). Deposits are non refundable, however they may be transferred to a new (available) date one (1) time at no charge.
